Anyone done it?

Our accountant from last year is no longer around and all these other accountants charge way too much money.
 
Maybe I'm wrong... but what's the difference between H&R Block and tax prep software? (Besides which person reads the questions and types the answers)
 
That's the same question I asked, but she informed me that ONLY certain offices are capable of handling business taxes.
But in the meantime, I am still looking for a CPA.
