While this 980Ti is a bit oced but still it seems NV has fixed their ATOS issue on DX 12.

They were testing the scaling of the CPUs, not the GPUs

But the gpu is a factor in that, hence why some architectures get better results than others.

Well then they could have waited for Vega, or they could have waited for Volta. They could wait forever

I was under the impression Polaris was available in the states as of today, Pascal on the other hand is available.
