Gym teacher + Student + the sex = the rape (repost?)

A 16 year old knows exactly what he/she wants and exactly what he/she is doing. Fire the teacher for having sex with students, but I think "crime" is a bit of a stretch in many of those situations.

This is getting epidemic. And yeah I don't remember so many young attractive teachers either. They should be forced to teach at much lower grade ages for 10 years and move up slowly. I guess all the older teachers are retiring all at once or something and they need people to fill the ranks.

I get that people want to have sex. But when it's a teacher and especially with a teenage kid it shouldn't happen.

A teacher or any school employee has a custodial role over that of the students regardless of the student's age/age of consent laws in that state. That is the problem that some can't seem to compute... They would rather praise the boy for nailing the teacher. In some cases, perhaps the boy suffered no real harm, but in others there might be some long term harm or issues from being taken advantage of by somebody with authority over them.

There is indeed a double standard in regard to when this happens to boys vs girls. I've said it before... If anyone ever touches one of my kids - especially someone like a teacher, I will haunt them for the rest of their lives... which may or may not be shortened.

I would be such a crazy dictator, if a female teacher exceeds "AV6" and gets porked by a student only to have the boy rat them out, I would jail the boy for privacy violations. Otherwise they are both jailed, class 3 felony if the teacher is below AV3.
