Gygabyte P35 DS3L memory voltage

I'm using the P35 DS3L motherboard, and my ram voltage barely moves. In bios i set the ram voltage to +4, and bios default is 1.87v.
So it should then be 2.27v I guess, but I then check PC health status and it says only 2.08v. Everest reports the same voltage of 2.08v.

So does anyone else have same problem? I'm using Patriot 4-4-4-12 Ram @ 2.2v
