Things seem to be hung - I don't know yet what or how long. Might be that the services just stopped / failed to start. 🙁

I have spoken to the center technician and they should be calling me back with some info any time now.

I'm a bit embarrassed to say that I seem to have misplaced the alarm code to the place or I would have gone down there myself and taken care of it.

This is especially embarrassing in that I was a professional electronic security service technician for the 18 years prior to starting this web company in 1995 😱 You would think that I would have put the alarm code in a "special" place where I could easily get to it when needed 😱
