GX150 or GX200

Looking for two small quiet computers to add to my home network. Both of these will run around 170. I know the GX200 uses RDRAM. I have a lot of SDRAM lying around. Is the speed difference worth purchasing a GX200 and then needing to spend more on memory to upgrade it? Both are PIII 800s or so.

Assuming you are joking... Anyway, we are referring to a Dell GX200 or 150, both of which are P3 computers which are available in a SFF case.
