GW6400 randomly powers on by itself

Can't find any setting in BIOS, but system will power on by itself periodically. I've disconnected network to no avail. Can't figure out why. Thoughts or anyone else having problem?
 
is it random, or after xx time, or one a day etc?
there SHOULD be settings in the bios, perhaps in power saving?
 
are you using broadband or dial-up for internet? I saw a PC come into the shop last week that had one of those AMR modems. Everytime someone dialed their house it would turn the pc on.
 
Broadband thru Linksys router - no modem. Even disconnected network cable to see if Wake on Lan was somehow enabled.
