GW6400 Owners.. Can I switch cases?

I got in on the GW6400 server deal from 7/01 and have been thinking about switch the innards out of the standard Gateway case. Have any of you GW6400 owners done this? Will it fit in your standard Antec (or knockoff) 1040 case? Any help greatly appreciated!
