...that we have a crush on a car. You know, the one that you say you'd get, but didn't? For me, it was a white '91 Civic Si hatch back. 😱. I wanted that car ever since I started HS (class of '94 yo), it would have looked so nice, I often imaging myself driving in it. I guess as faith would have it, I ended up with a Prelude instead. Who would have known that nature plans it best? Oh ... memories......

i once saw a truck/van for sale in a used lot.

it was a van's front end with a truck bed on the back.

it was like a giant el camino.

and had a big plastic crown mounted on the dashboard.

weirdest vehicle ever, so naturally i wanted it.
 
1995, Pontiac sunfire. When it first came out the styling was amazing, I am so glad I didn't buy it like I was about to.

 
Hehe, a 91 hatch was my second car (still is). It seems that i tend to fall in love with whatever car i end up driving. Before this it was a turquoise 91 crx.
 
My first car crush was the Buick Reatta. Always wanted one, but by the time I could afford one, kids dictated that I needed more than the two seats that the Reatta possessed.

stainless steel, gull-wing doors, rear-mounted engine, leather seats, true coupe (two seats and ONLY two seats). fell in love after watching back to the future.

on the flip side, 130hp and 0-60 in ~10 seconds. however, I'm not a real speed nut, so it doesn't matter. I'm currently driving a 1991 saturn sedan with 85hp. who cares tho, it's stick!! 🙂

still love it today. it has a lot of issues (size, for one), but I love it anyway. except now I want a British Racing Green delorean with chrome rims and a remote door popper 😉

1994 Dark Red Mercury Cougar XR7 loaded to the hilt. Actualy bought the car and took it home only to find that the bastards at the car lot I bought it from had yanked the brand new sony stereo out of the dash and stuffed a non working POS in its place. I was furious, took the car back to them and told them they had 2 choices, give me my money back or get the law involved. They chose to refund my money 🙁 I miss that car to this day.
