Guys, Really Need Help With My Monitor...

I have the nec fe991sb.

Anyways, often times (especially lately) when i restart the computer, the screen position changes. My wall paper will be all over the place--its too big and then i have to resize it. Its making me go nuts, cause everytime i restart ive got to change everything all over again!Wtf? Thanks alot guys.

Im running it at 1024x768 @ 100hz (it is supported).

by restart, i mean turn off, then turn on. i dont think it happens when i just restart it
 
Have you downloaded naviset and used that to set the screen size?
Have you installed the .inf file for that monitor which you download from nec?
When you go to device manager does it list your monitor correctly when you clik on monitor?
What videocard and driver do you have?
 
What's the Vid card?...100Hz may not be supported there so check in the properties and make sure that Hide Modes this Monitor cannot Display is checked
