There really isn't anything the woman won't cook.
There's many things she doesn't know how to cook...
Here's one -

Take a pork loin.
Rub it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Rub it with fresh rosemary, thyme, black pepper and coarse sea salt.
Cut slits across the top.
Put cracked garlic cloves into the slits.
Roast at 500 degrees for ~25 min.

that sounds really good

heres my pork loin recipe

fill a decent sized boll with an even mixture of beer and apple cider
toss in some mushrooms and onion and some rosemary

marinade a pork loin in it for a while (i usually marindade for about an hour while i'm cutting up potatoes)

throw the loin on the grill, sear both sides
while the loin is searing, make a pan out of tin foil (or use a tin pan) and pour the beer/apple cider/mushroom/onion/rosemary concoction into it

when loin is seared on both sided, place it into the pan of your marinade

whenever you check the pork, spoon some of the beer/cider over it

if you're not sure if it's done - cut a long slice in it (but not all the way through to the bottom)
fill it with beer/cider while you're at it

EDIT: sprinke with rosemary while it's cooking in the pan of marinade

Beaners

1 can of Baked Beans(preferably Pork and Molasses or Deep Browned Boston style)
1 dozen weiners
Whole Wheat or Multigrain bread

Heat beans and weiners together. Take slice of bread, place 1 weiner and a couple tbspns(as much as will fit) of beans on top, fold bread over and enjoy!

I have a chef that cooks for me.
His name is Hector Boiardi......also known as Chef Boyardee.
He makes some killler pastas.

Chicken
Sugar
Soy Sauce (Kikkoman)
Salt
Pan

Heat chicken to cook, drain. Add a little water. Turn stove to high, add a few spoons of soy sauce, sprinkle with salt. Cover with sugar. Heat. Stir.

1lb ground beef
4 manicotti shells
3 cups ricotta cheese
1 or 2 jars of pasta sauce
.5lb mozzerella cheese
Various herbs and spices

Boil shells until almost al dente. Brown meat with spices, while heating oven to 350F. Mix cooked meat and cheese together and stuff into super-well-drained shells. Place shells into baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake for like 20 minutes or so then top with mozzerella. Bake again until the cheese on top is gooey. Serve.

Make bisquick waffle batter
Pour batter on waffle iron
put 2-3 strips of bacon on top of batter
close iron

Breakfast burritos

1 lb Pork Sausage (Ground)
6 Eggs
Green Peppers/Red peppers, diced
Tortilla shells

Brown sausage. Add eggs and peppers, cook until solid, and scramble around. Spoon out a spoonful of the filling and wrap in a tortilla. Wrap, and then freeze for a quick breakfast treat.

im the house cook, last night: brandy orange chicken with stuffed shrimp

4 chicken breasts (i take a mallet to mine so they cook evenly) with salt, pepper and thyme pan cooked in some olive oil until golden brown _4-6 minutes per side should do it, 7 if its really thick and you dont even it out)
8-12 jumbo shrimp, dressed and butterflied
stuffing for shrimp: small onion, or half an onion finely chopped, 1/4th of a bell pepper, finely chopped, sauteed 5 minutes in 2tsp olive oil
2 pieces buttered toast, diced, with 60z drained crab meat added to the onions/peppers after 5 minutes, 3-5 minutes, add salt, pepper and a little thyme

add butterflied shrimp to a buttered ovensafe dish, butterfly side down, spoon stuffing on top and bake in oven @400f for ~8 minutes (until shrimp are done)

once chicken is done, remove to platter and cover. add 3tbsp butter to pan, let it melt, add 3 shots brandy (or cognac or whatever you like) and let the alcohol cook out (will take a minute or two) then add zest of an orange

pour orange butter sauce over...any of it and enjoy

turned out well, i did the shrimp a couple minutes too long but they werent bad 🙂

No, that's a recipe on how to be a lard ass.

Grilled ANYTHING. Specifically -

Steak tips: simmer in a crock pot with your favorite marinade or BBQ sauce for 3 - 4 hours (until slightly brown). Then flash them on the grill to finish. The meat stays tender and moist, and the simmering process helps it absorb more of the marinade.

I like Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, slightly watered down to allow it to simmer easier with a dash of tabasco added, some sliced onions and a dash of celery. I have done this with quite a few types of sauce though and it is always good.

Burgers: stuff the center with tabasco and pepper jack cheese, throw on the grill with some green peppers and onions.

or

Teriyaki burgers: Brush with some World Harbors Teriyaki glaze, top with swiss cheese and a round slice of pineapple.

Broiled linguica and pineapple: exactly as it sounds. Throw some sliced linguica and pineapple chunks in and broil. I also prepare the pineapple juice left in the can with a little brown sugar, and at a few points in the broiling process I lightly pour some of that on the linguica, to keep it moist.

Marinate some Ribeye's in choice of sauce for about 2 hours in fridge,

Set oven to broil, cook for about 10-15 mins.

Best damn steak you can have IMO.

Add to that some mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and you got yourself one damn good meal.

My mom made some stuff that my wife refuses to try. And they are both really good.

1) Rice a Roni w/spam.

Make Rice a Roni as usual but cut up some spam into little chunks and put it in there too. I'm sure most people see the sord "spam" and immediately lose their appetite, but it's actually really good. Spam is real salty which goes great with the spices in the rice a roni.

2) Graham Crackers and Milk

Simple, Take about 10 graham crackers and break them into quarters (or eights or whatever size you want). Put them in a standard serial size bowl. Heat up about a cup of milk in the microware until it's nice and hot. Pour the milk over the crackers evenly. Mmmm. Gotta be careful not to use too much milk or it turns into a nasty, soggy, mess.

3) And my grilling specialty is just standard Chicken w/ bacon and swiss cheese. All done on the grill.
We get Chik 'N Steaks from Market Day (any frozen chicken breasts will do). Grill them as normal. Once they are close to done, put some bacon on the grill. Be careful so you don't lose it down the grating. Flip it often and get the bacon really, really crispy. Put the bacon on the chicken breasts and slice up some swiss cheese on top of that. More it off the high heat so it can stay warm and melt the cheese without burning the chicken. Either eat it plain or in a bun as a sandwhich. Can even add BBQ sauce and such too. Mmm. Getting hungry just thinking about it.
