You shouldn't pay extra for this RAM, DDR 1333 ast 1.5 v is all that you need and faster RAM won't help intel CPUs.

The intel heatsink is fine unless you want a massive overclock, and you need a -K model CPU for that.

I'd switch to cheaper RAM and the regular intel heatsink, then use the money to buy a faster i5 CPU

Hmmm funny is that the upgrade for the ram is really cheap for 2133 so I dont mind. Why wouldnt it help the intel cpu though. What do you mean. Sorry I am a tech noob. :p

I would agree on the ram. For the heatsink just go get a Hyper 212+. That should cool your cpu better when it's being stressed.

I don't know. It just doesn't. 1600 might work a little better, especially with Ivy.

btw guys my psu is 420 watt......any comments?
We need more details. How many 12V rails at what amperage? Overall, it should work OK if the 12V rail(s) come close to 420W. (Multiply 12V * amps.) But it is close. Under 33A I'd worry, but I'm conservative.

7850 maximum power draw is about 101 watts. Your power supply should be ok with that card.
