Round two of the contest has begun, and to those who asked when and how to vote, and to those that just want to do it for no reason,
here are the directions which i think are rather easy to follow
Only do this if you have a couple of spare minutes that you don't mind wasting on me
and let me know how my directions are

Step 1: go here
Registration
Step 2: Fill in the form it has russian and english so you guys can manage. You have to use a working e-mail account so you can confirm your vote
Step 3: UNCHECK ALL THEM LITTLE CHECK BOXES IN THE SIGNUP FORM, unless you want to recieve messages from the site, which you obviously don't, god i know i don't
Step 4: go here
Voting Begins
and click on my pic which looks like this

Step 5: Scroll all the way down and click the Vote button, when you do that a window will pop up with your e-mail address, make sure it's right and click the LEFT button under your e-mail address. The window will change and you can close it when it does
Step 6: This is the last step, that's it, all you have to do now, is open the confirmation e-mail that will be sent to the e-mail address you selected and click on the one time link provided. after that the vote has been registered.
