First off your brother is an adult and he will succeed or fail on his own, and there is nothing you or your parents can do about it except be supportive. It's your parent's decision weither he lives under their roof or not, and what kind of behavior they will accept while he is living there.
Secondly I believe your spying on him with a keylogger is wrong in every sense and has caused much damage in your family. And what have you found out? That he did some drugs on at least one occasion, which by your description of his change in appearance was obvious to begin with. And at what cost? Two visits from the police, your family was arrested, restraining orders issued, and you've likely driven a permanent wedge between your brother and your family, and pushed him closer to the woman you so despise.

IMHO is you suspect that a loved one is using drugs and you want to help them, confront them directly first, then take it up the ladder to a family meeting or intervention.
Spying, snitching, and causing a family meltdown is not the way to go.
Although I have to admit that meeting between the two familys at Dennys would have been a sight to see. Don't see how anybody thought that was going to end well😕

Spying was wrong. Your brother is an adult, your parents should confront him like one. But, you should also realize that your brother has every right to tell you to fvck off. (If he's gonna move out) If your brother really is addicted to drugs, he will have to want to get clean before it will happen. Believe me. And now all you are doing is driving him farther away from the good influence of your family.

Sorry to hear of the problems. Dude...just try to talk sense into your bro. That's all you can do. If he wants to ruin his life with drugs, you can't stop him. He's going to do it until he either learns a valuable lesson or decides that it's not for him. Good luck in court. I'll think about you that day. I'm sure that if you have phone records to show for evidence, you can bring this out. Just be sure not to step on the judge's toes and don't speak unless spoken to. Let her say what she wants in court and be sure to tell your family not to acknowledge any of her lies in court...don't even bother arguing with her there....just speak with the judge and pretend that she's not present.

It's funny how family and friends react to situations like this. I would screw up and my parents would blame my evil friends. My evil friends always blamed my gf's. Sometime down the road I figured out I was the problem and fixed it
