actually... what i meant to say was, don't ever go grocery shopping when u r hungry. i was pretty hungry while i was driving home, and i was debating whether to stop by a fast food joint (anyone that was open at 2am) or just buy some ground beef so i can make some hamburger helper when i got home. being i was tight on cash, i decided to go the hamburger helper approach. that way, i could have whatever is leftover for lunch tomorrow. so i go to pathmark... my only necessity was ground beef. somehow, i managed to grab a little of this and a little of that. i even go me some oscar meyer hot-dogs that were on the "reduced for quick sale" rack. they were only $.50 and i was like "hell yeah baby... get in my tummy!" i checked the sell by date and it was dated april 11, 2004. the seal does not appear to be broken or anything. so i am wondering why it was so cheap? now after i am no longer hungry, i sit here second guessing whether i should eat it or not. what would u do?!?!

Are you positive about the 2004 date? I didn't think hotdogs stayed good that long.
If they do, maybe someone thought it said they expired april 11th, 2002...?

I always try to be full when I go grocery shopping. That way, I end up spending less money because everything doesn't look as good.

When I go grocery shopping when im hungry, I fill up a bag of bulk candy and munch on some of it while I shop hehe. I guess im a thief, however I pay for whatevers left in the bag

Ralphs by UCLA charges 4 bucks a lb for ground beef so i can't afford that no meat for me :*(
