guys do you consider discussing possible trades + $ negotiating ?

guys if you are discussing possible partial trades with a seller would you say thats negotiation ?
IMO it is, but I wanted to see what others say

EX: A is selling xxx, B is asking would you consider partial trades ? A says: we can Im looking for xxx B says: well I can offer this and that + this $

i was close.

tough call there. its well within accepted trading practices to operate under cash in hand, but it does suck if you lose out on a deal. not much you can do but move on, and hold no grudges if a deal wasnt finalized.

personally, i always go in order of the pms. first to contact gets first crack, within reason. if communication drops off, i move on. or if i need the cash quickly, i go cash in hand, but i always specify that in the terms in the thread. either way is acceptable.

guys I dont want to go into details, because it wasnt my intention to bash anyone, Im not even upset about loosing the deal, just about the fact that my negotiation was called non-existing
just wanted to bring it back to "it existed" status
