Guys, could you please help choose UPS from a list?

Evening guys,

I would like to buy a UPS/surge protector for my system, but because I'm currently residing in china my options, as far as UPS selection goes, are limited.

I could get the following four items:

I used an online power calculator and it looks like my system uses about 450W or less.
The power in my dorm seems to be pretty stable, no outages or light dimming and such.
The battery run-time does not matter to me, because in the event of an outage all i want to be able to do is have enough time to save my work and shut down my system properly.

So, from the above choices which UPS would you recommend? Or maybe I'll be ok even just using that surge protector?

The rating on the UPS relate to the amount of the highest voltage-spike that it's expected to survive, not necessarily how much power draw you're going to have. As lons as your building doesn't suffer from a lot of electrical problems, you can probably use a lower-rated UPS.

The dorms i'm in have some sort of surge protection built into each room, so a small wattage one worked well for me. This APC runs a 600w PSU, a 350w PSU, and a monitor for 20 - 30 minutes in the event of a power outage.

The only UPS worth getting for computers are those that output true sine waves, not stepped approximations, aka modified sine waves(more like modified square waves). Get the surge protector.

Nope, cyberpower is not known to people in china, well, in Beijing at least 🙁
I've scouted so many places that sell electronics and so far no luck.
In general, computer hardware here in China could be anywhere from 30 to 60 US dollars higher than the same counterpart in US.
I had to pay close to 2000 usd for the system that would cost me 1400 in us 😀
So, now I need something to make sure my system stays protected power-wise.
