Guys: Advice on trimming leg hair?

I'm going on a cruise and I'd like to get my leg hair under control... the only other time I've trimmed it I did it with a pair of scissors and a comb, and it showed (it was uneven). I bought a cheap pair of clippers but they aren't cutting the hair, I think it's too thin. What do you guys do?

I'm not a guy, but I'd suggest just shaving it all a week or so before the trip.

I dunno... good for him for wanting to look good on a cruise. To most women, super hairy guys = turnoff.

I definitely prefer smooth men to hairy beasts. Then again, to each her own...

Try running the razor up your leg without much preasure. If you do it light enough and overlap, you'll trim down. Do this a few days before you leave and the uneven spots will even out.

I think a certain amount of leg hair is acceptable, but there are some pretty beastly guys out there. You could try to go completly hair-less durring your cruise, but please practice first.

u do know the more you cut any hair on your body...the coarser it gets. most girls don't know that and shave everyday...which is a mistake. By the time they turn 18, their 5 0'clock shadow on their legs are worse than mine on my face

i'd say just keep it. some women will care, some wont, the thing you gotta ask yourself is are willing to shave it the rest of your life?

You could get those things that electricute your hair which kills the root and "lets the hair slide out easily." You'd be able to selectivly choose which hairs to pull out. I saw that thing on tv a while ago.

Get some hair trimmers to get it down to a reasonable length.
Then I would shave it with a razor about 4-5 weeks before you set sail.

If you are truly desperate, buy one of those Epil-stop things with the rotating tweezers. It will rip the hair right out of your legs. It might be painful, but you will have smooth legs.

Just use regular hair clippers with a #1 or 2 attachment. No need to shave them down bald! I had to shave down when I was on the swim team in HS. I don't go all down anymore, but I will "trim" down every month.
