I think the funny part is that the federal government is making people do homework on top of taking their money. And you know what, even if this is a parody, a guy like this probably needs to pay more taxes.

One can tell it's a joke because he says he isn't paying his taxes but the way he's doing this is by letling the government keep his money by not filing a tax return.

I think even the tea baggers understand that tax return means you get a return.
