Blazin Trav, please allow me to explain something to you. When you bid on an auction, or agree to anything in life, for that manner...you give a man your word. By making that bid, you made a promise. You broke it. If I were that seller, I'd be pissed too.

The lesson, and hopefully it will sink into your head, is that you do not go around spending money you don't have. Is it really his fault YOUR parents decided not to invest in your auction bid? I don't see how it could be the seller's fault. Plain and simple...you fvcked up. Maybe you have put your family in this position before, and finally they decided to quit letting you be a spoiled brat, and deal with life on your wallet, not theirs.

So go around here attacking your detractors, who do not agree with your view, but maybe they are mature enough, much more than you, to see the reality of this situation at full value. You, OTOH, seem quite immature, and not willing to accept any accountability for what you created. If you do not knock yourself out of that mode and grow up, you will have a hard life.

buying it with my mutal funds. fvck off. don't explain anything to me unles you want a lawsuit too.

So, mullet, shall I take that as a direct ad hominem threat? You're in over your head, kid. Trust me.

I don't have my "mullet" and I know three lawyers. I'm 20, how am I a kid? I voted for Kerry and I hope you guys are having fun with this thread, I sure as hell am. And for the record? I won a $27k car for $11k. How am I losing here? GTFO and DIAF, thanks.

If you won a $27k car for eleven grand, then why are you starting a thread, whining about your misfortune? You are not, nor will you ever be PAB. He has far more intelligence and integrity than, your snot snorkling, pimple popping soul ever will.

As it stands now, you don't honor your own word... So are you going to work with the person that you won a auction from on or not....

Tell me this - why should anyone here trade or buy from you again?

I plan on paying him $100 if he responds to my email. Unfortunately he has not replied or been very nice to me since.

100% on heatware and 100% on sold items on ebay in terms of feedback. If you don't want to buy from me that is your prerogative. That being said, I wanted to see if I was legally bound $200 because I offered him a good price for his "show car." Have a nice day.

Don't worry guys, no matter what you say the OP will always have to have the last word. This thread has degenerated into a topic that should now be locked as no actual discussion is taking place since insults are just being thrown around instead.
