I said that he said he did not consent. What I don't know is whether in fact he did not consent. That is what a court would have to prove. All I am pointing out is that it is not so difficult to find reasonable doubt here.
 
I know the Rucci kid personally. Went to high school with him and know his family. Been friends with his older brother for years. His dad holds some sort of govt position for the county or something, his mom sells furniture, the family owns a sandwich joint, and so the family has money, and Joeys a straight up spoiled rich kid... and when I heard this, I wasn't the LEAST bit surprised to hear Joey pulling some shit like this. I always thought he was in the closet. This also is NOT the first I've heard of him trying to pull some shit like this and/or pay someone (a dude) to fuck around with them, as I heard of him trying to do it with someone in high school, and two or three dudes after high school as well. Lol. This is just his first time getting busted in the act. When I saw there was a forum going on about this, I had to stop in and drop some knowledge on how Joey is as a person. Haha. Just saying.
