Tied laces under bottom of trouser. Two loose laces going up trouser leg, likely able to be pulled up by hand.. Shake leg, pull loose shoelaces up subtely as everyone checks the shoe, and pull up trouser at same time so real shoelaces pop out.

Easy.

Easy trick.... notice that part of the shoe is covered then becomes uncovered while he is wagging his foot. His shoes were tied the whole time; but he had some additional laces that were hanging out the pant leg. As he was wagging the foot he lifted his pant leg and lifted some the long laces up the leg.
