Basically, it uses Facebook's API, so it's essentially been stolen from Facebook, and its idea is completely the same. It's been around for a year or so, and in that time there are about 6 users, half of which are on the staff, and the jobs "listed" are essentially taken from other sources.
If these guys are among the top entrepreneurs that we have to offer, then the coming future appears to be majorly bleak.
