lol..."426 dollars is alot of money to me..." granted that is not a trivial amount of money but, small claims court over $175 for expenses? I don't know how worth the hassle that is.

I think the boss seemed to have a reasonable demeanor and I'm sure there is merit to his assertions.

As far as the guy taping, this video could do much more damage to his reputation than whatever monetary losses he incurred. I'm not sure I'd hire him after seeing that.

Oh, and lol at the smacking ass avatar in the first few comments of that video.

The employer could have avoided this by paying the small amount of money they owed to him instead of trying to pull a fast one. I applaud the former employee for taking some peaceful action and for getting it all on film.
 
What a depressing work environment. A couple of long tables full of PC's with employees working right beside each other with no privacy. Thank God I don't have to work in an environment like that.
