It's not, you can actually "fart fire". When you "fart" you exert natural gas which is fammable and so you can actually light your farts. The sh!t that happens on South park is more often truth then false, despite how asinine it seems.

The fire looks like a torch fire. I would imagine more of a "poof" fire.

I didn't look at the video, but you certainly can... although i've never done it, i've seen it done on at least a half dozen occasions. If it looked like a torch, it was probably just a long fart.

Yep, I've lit my farts before and it just kind of stays close to the pants then goes out, no way in hell I'd shoot out like that.
