Gurus, Please help me save my website!!

Getting DSL shortly and presently have a web site/page on my ISP that uses Trellix Sitebuilder. Would like to move it to my new provider intact if possible.

What would be the best and or cheapest way to do this? Do I need to buy Trellix or would MS Frontpage work with their code? Any WP programs that would do this??

Ummm can you do a view source in your browser and just copy the HTML code into notepad and just upload it ?
