Gunna re-install - but I have an issue! Please help =)

Hi,

Well after nearly 2 years of faithful service my system got suddenly really buggy. I ran NU and there were no problems. But the system kept freezing at weird times. It is not a heat issue, so I guess it is just time for a re-install. A friend partitioned the drives for me (OS is win98SE by the way) - I just want to completely format my main drive but for some reason I cant figure out how to do it. ( I want it to be partitionless ) if anyone can help me out that would be great -- i am going to re-install win98se on it. I tried to use partition magic, but it has to be run in windows mode and that just wont work. is f disk an option -- if so can someone provide detailed instructions on how to use it???

fdisk & format support!

Using fdisk, first remove all logical drives. Then delete all partitions. Then create a new partition using the entire drive. Then format.
