For anyone following this series...Kira just got his new unit, the X-20A "Strike Freedom"

It's retarded. They seem to have a new one every single episode, which could end the world with one hit...it's still FVCKING cool though, I must admit.

I don't even wanna know what Athrun's unit will look like...probably stupid as well, since he sucks balls.

His new one is gonna be infinite justice, looks pretty good. but yeah i agree they tend to make new ones pretty often.

As veteran Gundam geeks know it's always been like that...

Gundam SEED and SEED Destiny are basically ripoffs of the original MS Gundam storyline adapted and re-imagined. Actually, if you think about it... every single Gundam series to date always upgrades the Gundams. That way Bandai can always sell more toys.

MS Gundam went from standard MS to plaforms/mobile armors to transformable to big guns to bits/funnels to beam shields. Seed and Destiny just fast forward it. Heck, they even have a golden MS just like Zeta did. Athrun is the son of a president and has red MS (Char Aznable was son of royalty and wore red MS). You can draw parallels between Amuro and Kira... and even some parallels with Shinn and Camille.

I don't like the new name. Strike Freedom. They just put his two gundam names together, how unoriginal.

I used to watch gundam wing constantly, but when I started to watch gundam seed/destiny I just got lost.

Gundam wing is vert diffrent. You should watch the first gundam, should make more sense after watching that

The original Gundam line is classic, I don't like anime anymore but I could still watch that. I also loved the the Char movie, that was great.
