gunbound bug

ok... i vowed to never upgrade my computer anymore, and feel like sticking to classic games. to my dismay, after downloading gunbond, i found out it crashes right when i load it!... just a black screen...

does anyone get this? i have to ctrl alt delete out, and task manager just shows "GunBound: Not responding".

any help would be appreciated!

p.s. i tried contacting the company but tech support doesn't exist (literally).

Why play gunbound? The game is so exploitable. My friend wrote a hack that allows him to actually spawn NPCs that look like his character. He can also create chat that appears to come from the server. There really is no reason why he should have been able to do this from a client.
