Haven't had time to digest yet and a search didn't turn this up but here is a link to PClab.pl article with benchmarks on Gulftown aka i9. Haven't had time to look through it though it's bookmarked for later reading.
 
I'm suprised this Gulftown ES is actually worse in Left for dead 2 than those other CPUs.

EDIT: My mistake they tested Left 4 Dead....not Left 4 Dead 2.

perhaps you missed the part where they said: "The LGA1366 processors’ low score on Left4Dead is an anomaly resulting from an error in the Nvidia drivers and does not occur any more with the latest driver versions ." really they should have just left that benchmark out or at least retested.
