In this clip from Jay's Garage, Guldstrand states that you can visit their site to get an 80's Vette customized into a GS80 (or it seems like that is what he's saying).

After visiting the site to see some more info just out of curiousity, I could not find it anywhere.

Not that I have the money to do so (even though it is apparently cheap), I think that would be really fun to drive. Anyhow, would it be possible to just by the parts yourself then have a local shop install them?

Note I'm not planning on doing this, I just like to pretend I could :D

According to this article, the Guldstrand Corvette used a tweaked LT1 motor and a very custom suspension. Given the knowledge and engineering today, you could easily turn a stock C4 with the L98 torque-monster into a more balanced, better handling, faster C4. The LT1 isn't a bad motor to drop in and would probably be the easiest in terms of compatibility, but a modern LSx motor would of course be the optimal choice.

I'm not familiar with C4 suspension mods, but I'm sure you could get close to the Guldstrand with off the shelf products.

Sure you could take it somewhere and have it installed. I would find a Corvette expert personally, as that is a LOT of work that is best done by someone with experience.
