okay, what does:

F(bar) mean?
G(Bar) mean?

Drink after each note....or attempt at note.
 
well I would assume they are talking about a bar chord?
if you use 3 fingers to finger the E chord and drop it down a whole step using the fourth finger to span the uppermost fret you have an F chord.

But then I am no music major just use to play the guitar🙂
