did anybody ever try and do the mod where you cut an xbox controller cable and connect the other end to a usb cable and spend an hour trying to find the right drivers? i did. many times. i was very pleasantly surprised (actually shocked) when i plugged my usb guitar hero controller into my xp machine and the drivers actually installed themselves. it works perfectly for Frets on Fire. has anyone tried this on vista? curious to know if its just as easy.
