Guitar Hero 3 for a 7 year old?

Anyone care to comment? Is there any content that would be inappropriate for a 7 year old?
It would be the wii version if that makes any difference.

I'm not sure if the Wii version has it, but on a couple of the stages there are women that come out and dance dressed in some tight pants/tops with devil horns. Not sure if that would be inappropriate for you or not.

For a 7 year old to notice and comprehend what is going on while playing the game, I would be surprised.

I don't really think there's anything that bad in there. I didn't notice those women (I have the Wii version) abaez posted about but then again I probably wasn't paying attention.

Besides the possibility of that, I think a couple songs have the f-bomb in them ("Bulls on Parade" does I think, at least).

If I had a seven year old I'd let him play it.

They censor all the songs to be 'radio friendly', so even if the real song has it there shouldn't be any swearing in the game.

Yeah, I read on the wiki entry that the songs were censored, which prompted this question. I was curious what made it T, maybe just the "rock music".

Thanks for all the replies, I was in a bit of a bind, it isn't like I can run down to blockbuster and rent the game to check it out - at least I don't think they would rent it out.

It's T for the style of music and the 'mood'. GH has you playing against the devil and while the lyrics may not curse they may be about more mature things. Enough to bump it up to T, but not for anything young kids would notice or understand.

It has songs about worshiping the devil, and a song by Slipknot, a group who beat the shit out of each other on stage and piss on the fans or some weird shit like that. I don't think a 7 year old will understand the "666" references in a few of the songs and uhhh even if they do I don't know how bad I'd consider that any ways.

I don't like 7 year olds playing GH, but my reason is a selfish one, they seem to get freaking God like on it in a short time span and make me look like a chump. 7 year olds are bastards!

Whereas I can barely play on hard.

yep, that kid's actually 9 now, and he's actually one of the best guitar hero players there are. he's 5th overall for guitar hero 2 for ps2.
