They finally got their "Draught System" down
I never liked the Draught in cans...You have to pur it into a glass
and it tasted nothing like a draft from a pub.
You can drink Guinness Draught in a bottle straight from the bottle
and it tastes great.. almost as good as a draft.

New fave beer thats readily available at the grocery store

Beer in a grocery store...now THERE's a novel idea.
What next?
Oh I got it!
Let's have government controlled wine and spirits shops...and then licensed beer distributors that can only sell beer and malts by the case....
oh and sandwich joints can also sell beer and malts by the bottle and 6-pack...but no single person can carry out more than 4 6-packs....

God bless the f-ing Commonwealth.

hmmm cant say i agree. if its not guinness on tap then its not very good. although the draught in the bottle is tolerable, but not "so good". but to each their own.

enjoy;)

Yeah...they're idiots. Oh, and you can't buy booze en masse on a Sunday--liquor stores and beer distros are closed. Having a football party? Better hit the stores early. ANd probably not on a Saturday b/c it will be crowded.

But here's the stinker--if I go to a licensed beer distributor, I can buy as much beer or malt liquor as I want. I just have to buy it case-by-case.
If I head over the the pizza joint, I can buy four 6-packs or the equivalent volume in other stuff (it's like 288 oz I guess). Of course we're all thinking four six packs is a case, so what's the difference? But up until a few years ago you could only buy THREE 6-packs.
But of course with a friggin hoagie shop on every corner there's no stopping you from bringing 4 friends out on a sunday and EVERYBODY buying 4 6-packs at 3 different stores.
You're STILL going to get as much beer as you want, they're just adding tripwires.

ARGH!
