this still goes with the one drink a day thing... even if it was better than "lager".. 1 drink a day thins your blood a little bit making you slightly less at risk for heart attack.. nothing new really except that the university is saying that guiness is better at thinning your blood than other beers

If you want to go lightly at first, try a balck and tan, that's Guiness stout and Bass Ale.

My local beer place didn't have Guinness (or any stouts), but I remember you mentioned "black and tan" and they had Yuengling Black and Tan porter. 😀 I picked up some of that and some Zima for my wife. 😉

I just gave it a taste... it's good, I think it tastes better than the Samuel Adams Brown Lager I've been trying. It has that disctinct bite to it that I taste in Yuengling's Lager. :beer:
