Next month, New Zealand is scheduled to implement Section 92 of the Copyright Amendment Act. The controversial act provides ?Guilt Upon Accusation?, which means that if a file-sharer is simply accused of copyright infringement, they are immediately guilty. Just download a phone directory and spam everyone with generated accusations. They would either have to disconnect the whole country or rethink this utter stupidity.

Why not just spam the members of the legislature with the accusations? After two or three months of near-constant Internet service interruptions to their offices, I'm sure they would get the hint.
