i want to give guild wars a shot but id rather just buy a serial or whatever i need online and then just download the game.

Whats the best/cheapest website to do this on.

im only interested in the origional game, ill buy expansion packs later, unless besides new quests there are any other features that youd recommend to me.

You can often find big discounts on physical copies, usually from Circuit City. I picked up Prophesies, Nightfall, and EOtN for $50 total from various deals.

I would highly sugggest getting Nightfall, as the use of heroes is so helpful. And having heroes makes the fire island area in Prophicies much easier.

this is the only site ive found but it says this:

im good though just for creating a new account right?

Yes, you can download and purchase the game from the guild wars web page (Play NC).
