It seems like Factions is a stand alone game that does not need Guild Wars, but what am I missing if I just pick up Factions? The Factions box says something about adding more Role Playing options by combining with Guild Wars, but I am not sure what that means?
I'm thinking of picking Guild Wars: Factions so I can play online with family and friends who live away from me. Will I be able to play the stand alone game with them (missions, etc) and not just the PvP element?
