Guides on Active Directory?

I have successfully setup Active Directory on a Windows 2008 Enterprise Server in 2003 Mode. To make sure, I installed a virtual machine instance of Windows 2000 and was able to connect to the domain and log on with the user account I set up. I feel like there should be more things I can do but it's hard to find stuff on the net. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to learn about this stuff. I think the next step I want to do is try to connect an Ubuntu instance to the domain.

If you are just trying to learn AD, I would personally suggest you leave any 'nix ideas out for the moment and concentrate on microsoft boxes.

Really it kinda depends on what you want to know about AD. It can be a big topic. If you just want to learn, I would suggest pickup up the MCSE books and going through them.
