Hey everyone. I was just wondering where I can find a guide to IDE cable folding (like the ones that are done on Voodoo computers). I know there are rounded cables, but I'd like to organize the clutter inside of my case. Thanks in advance for the input. :)

I went to Home Depot to grab some of those cable tubes. Pretty cheap, a few bucks for one pack is more than enough for a case. I run 8 IDE devices, and it's enough.

I fold the cables in half, then away from each other. So when it unfolds, it looks like an accordian. Been running fine for a year.

Thanks for the reply dcdomain. I was looking more for folding it like paper. I can't seem to find anything online that has the same pictures that I'm looking at in the Maximum PC review of the Voodoo F-Class Limited Edition.

hey ojai 00, it's like origami man, just remember to use appropriate cables (length,IDEvs.SCSI,etc.) and fold away, remembering to be imaginative and creative. I can actually better direct the flow of air in my case using this method and have for several years now. It's simple yet effective and I actually think it's cool too. just don't cut or scrape the cables to prevent shorting, etc. Have fun dude

Thanks like2be. Looks like a trial and error thing. I guess I'll just give it a shot.
