guh, why won't ebay cookies remember my pwd?

for some reason ebay has started forgetting my password each time I do something from my watch page even though I check the box to remember each time.

also, usually when I try to do something on the watch page and it asks me for a password, I enter it and just brings me back to the enter password page again, again again. I have to click "sign out" and then sign in before it will work
