GUH!! Should I buy them or shouldn't I? [POLL]

I have to have "Black, Shinable shoes" for my job at Dept. of Public Safety. I bought a pair of junky ugly sketchers a few weeks ago for $50 at Marshall Fields. Now, I looked up some coupon codes online and I have an order at shoebuy.com for Dr. Martens Steel Toed Oxfords for $89.96 after a 10% first-time buyer discount and a $20% discount coupon code. SHOULD I BUY THEM? I know they'll last forever, but I'm just torn as to whether I need TWO black pairs of shoes.

What do you think?

I only buy black clothes. Occasionally my mother still sends me something non-black. So I have one light gray shirt. Anyway, it would be cool to have those black shoes, so you should buy them. If inflation ever comes around again, you'll be way ahead stocking up now while they're on sale. A dollar saved is 40% MORE than a dollar earned because of taxes (assuming you eventually save money by wearing these two pair of black shoes until they die).

That's what I thought. So I bought a pair my sophomore year. I went to wear them a few months ago and realized that I'm a dumbass. Growing isn't always a good thing.

In Sean Connary voice:

Those are nice shoes.

One more question.... Do they make them for men?

Go to a nearby Payless shoes. They are somewhat decent, and if someone pukes on them, you can always feel ok about trashing them. :p

(BTW, they arn't the high yellow ones, they are brown leather)

I've got a pair of Timberland dress-shoes and they are probably one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I don't like their boots though, I prefer Lugz. Their comfort is pretty comparable to Timberland although they stain quickly...

Edit

Any of these should do fine.

Depends on how much your job pays and whether or not you work with women. If both answers aren't good then who gives a hoot if you got ugly shoes.
