Anyone else get the feeling that war between the North and South wouldn't last very long.

The North may have a huge army, but all its equipment is out dated and it would be very similar to the Gulf Wars.

The biggest question would be whether the south would risk invading the north or just pound it from the sky.

Hey,
Gimme some credits for that, would ya?

LOL, you posted the link, too, but I don't think anyone bothered to click through. Perhaps more of a description would help next time?

However, that IS one hell of an information resource and it kept me reading for an hour, so I am happy to nominate you for the... (drumroll!)

We need to have a "food and porn" airdrop operation over NK. I bet the NK people would revolt if they had to go back to eating whatever scraps Kim Jong Il allowed them after they had tasted our BK Double Down and Tera Patrick.

This is brilliant - seems like a win-win for everyone if you can just get some cargo planes into their airspace.

We also need to drop some of those hand-crank powered notebook computers preloaded with Starcraft. I do not think that the North Koreans have been exposed to it, so it should consume their entire civilization quite quickly.

So stopping the holocaust was a moral outrage?

Got it.

wtf?

Are you somehow trying to negate the reality of war by trivializing the holocaust?

A) America's participation in WWII was not predicated or inspired by a desire to free the Jews or other minority victims of Nazi Germany

B) The holocaust was never "stopped."

C) America has never started or entered a war on humanitarian grounds. Don't give me that Kosovo shit because that is total bull.

A war with NK would be devestating. I don't think posters here remember what it's like to fight a country in close proximity. We are used to bombing nations thousands of miles away while the majority of citizens sit on their asses and jerk off to American Idol.
