Yep, it's catching up to us. This lack of personal responsibility is coming back to bite us on the butt. Slip and fall 'cause you can't look where you put your feet? Sue someone. Drop coffee in your lap? Sue someone. Can't figure out how to punch the right hole on a ballot simple enough for a chimp to complete? Sue someone. Can't win an election? Sue someone.

Urgh.

..... and Buchanan (last night on Larry King) also went on record as saying that the vote should not be overturned, there should not be another vote for those idiots that screwed up their votes, and that he thought Gore should do what Nixon did in 1960 and back off now that the results have been verified.

If these absentee ballots come back and it still says Bush won ... then Al Gore should just be a man about it and let go ... Its not like he cant run again in 4 years ... He shouldn't drag this country through the mud like I have a feeling we all think he will. I would have a lot more respect for him if he just waited for the absentee ballots to be counted and then say ok I won I'm president or ok I lost congratulations George. The whole thing is stupid. I'm sorry but if you mess up your ballot you don't have to turn the thing in. They will give you another one. And any judge who gives anything to people sueing because of the fact they didnt read the instruction on their ballot ... well I think he oughtta be laughed out of the courthouse.

Its a big mess. I hope the courts rule soon. I heard from legal constitution experts (Wash, D.C) that it super highly unlikely that a recount would be mandated, so I guess they need to hear it from a judge.
