GUAH!. So I can see the pics in the DIGICAM, but ..

Yeah. This is a digicam at work (nikon coolpix 4500).

So I can view the pictures fine from the digicam, except when i put the flash card in a card viewer, it says that the folder that the pictures are in is corrupted, therefore cannot be open. I tried this on multiple computers, and also have tried using the camera's own attachment to the computer.


Is there any way to retrieve the pictures?

also, the error msg says "File or directory is corrupted or unreadable"

Does your camera allow duplicating pictures?

this sux for the person who really needs the pics.

She just finished taking 204 pictures of cells and it took her like a whole week of overtime work to do the experiment. arg.

I tried to stuff it in another digicam but due the each digicam's different directory scheme, i coudln't find the pictures in that digicam.
