I have this in our kitchen lights. http://www.lowes.com/pd_274378-76219-BIG-120_0__?productId=3118695 I would like to replace them with LED lights but I cannot find any that have the glass lens around the light. Even most halogen lights like this don't reflect any light back up into the fixture. By reflecting the light back up into the fixture it lights the glass fixtures up also making it look much better than ones that only shine the light out of the fixture. Actually based on that link Lowes.com doesn't even carry it anymore, so I need to find some kind of replace eventually.

Edit: I found some halogens at homedepot with a better picture of the frosted glass that allows for back lighting the fixture they are in.
