GTXP for HTPC?

i'm almost finised with my HTPC project but am stuck on the sound.

for most of the time i was planning on a maudio revo 7.1, but then remembered that the gtxp has rca outputs, which would make it quite a bit easier to hook it up to my receiver.

any input?
 
well i've heard that about the revo 7.1 as well...

they are both the same price... that is why i'm having such a problem with this.

anyone else?
 
the rev 7.1 is a professional aound card aimed more toward music, mp3's, and music editing. the GTXP is a more complete card in the sense that the sound in games is quite good as well

Well said, personally I haven't used the rev7 but as for the GTXP I use it with my HTPC setup and love it because of all the outputs it has.
