GTXP 4.10 drivers won't install

I was wondering if any of you guys have this same problem.
At the end of the driver install process for the Game Theater XP WDM Interface, my system will crash with an error in CWCSPUD.SYS. Other people have reported this problem on the Hercules forum but so far there hasn't been a solution. I'm download the GTXP 3.02 drivers to see if they work. I used the drivers that came on the CD and I get no sound at all.
