Alright, I will call EVGA to RMA the card. Any idea how their customer service is? Do they send you a new card first so I have a shipping box?
Their service is great, but they won't cross ship unless you paid extra for their advanced RMA service when you registered your card.
If you just bought the card locally, I'd take it back to the retailer. I generally only rely on any company's RMA service after the retailer's exchange/refund term is up. No reason to pay for shipping and wait on something defective you bought locally.
